Taking Care of Your Mental Health This Summer
All ages- 3 workshop times. Please email for more information. Summer is a good time to relax and recharge. It can also be a time when kids fall into unhealthy habits like social media, spending too much time on electronics, and isolating, which affects their mood, sleep, and/or appetite. This workshop will help kids learn to focus on structure, self-care, and setting healthy, realistic goals for themselves to help them feel mentally healthier over the summer.
