Having traumatic experiences can completely change your life. If you are struggling with the effects of trauma and it's getting in the way of your mental, emotional, or relational health; I have openings NOW. I use EMDR Therapy and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) cutting-edge treatments for overcoming trauma to help you go from surviving to thriving. I enjoy using a combination of humor and authenticity to help you face your struggles. We will work together to create therapy goals to help you create the life you've always wanted to lead. Anxiety, depression, eating disorders can also use EMDR and ART therapy for healing.
I am EMDR, ART therapy, and brain spotting certified. Both of these therapies are research-supported means of treating trauma. I am also trained in CBT and am very knowledgeable in DBT. Any of these help relieve anxiety and depression. We also have a newly licensed therapist, Tayzia Cassaday. Please call as we have immediate openings.
