I use an honest, authentic, and caring approach and will help you to develop skills that will move you through the emotional pain.

We feel alone in our struggles and we are not. Group therapy via telehealth is a supportive environment that allows us to connect with others who can relate to our struggles. This is a support group that creates safety, where one can begin to heal by opening up about anxiety, depression, and grief and receive acceptance, kindness and compassion.
