I have worked at inpatient, outpatient, and private practice settings during my 10+ years in the mental health counseling field. I love what I do, and feel so grateful that I can serve others while being employed as a clinical counselor. I welcome adults, teens, and pre-teens to counseling for various needs including mental health disorders, relationship issues, life changes, current roadblocks, and everyday challenges.
As a counselor, I have worked with people who contend with everyday complexities and mental health conditions including anxiety disorders, depression, adjustment issues, addiction, OCD, communication issues, teen issues, women's issues and trauma-related issues. I use a combination of modalities based on the individual needs for each client.
We will work together to attain health and hope; empowerment and freedom; and confidence and awareness. I have assisted clients to help move through hardship, reach the next phase of their journey, explore and find deeper meaning, and curate purpose. My training has allowed me to be an instrument that offers empathy, clarity, and solutions to those in need.
