I specialize in treating issues related to anxiety, depression, codependency, self-esteem concerns, addiction and stress management. I work with individuals and couples. My approach is non-judgmental, client-centered and strengths based. I use multiple modes of therapy including cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR and creative therapies such as mindfulness.
I have expertise in working with couples, individuals and adolescents. As a BIPOC therapist, my practice is inclusive of all clients, LGBTQIA+. My goal is to provide you with a safe and empathetic environment while assisting you in healing, finding balance, and improving your life, one day at a time.
