Heal, Empower, Release (HER)
This is a 6 week, virtual group specifically designed for Black Women. This group will show Black Women how to heal, how to be empowered, how to release baggage from pervious relationships. This group teaches how to create and enforce boundaries, self-forgiveness, creating affirmations, eliminating the Black Woman Stereotype, recognizing healthy and unhealthy relationships and walking boldly into the life they are meant to live.
