The relationship between therapist and client is one of the most important factors in successful treatment outcomes. However, looking for a therapist can sometimes be a daunting task. We all have behaviors that we don't like. Normally, we try to do away with those behaviors (especially in others) and never really understand WHY they behave that way. Using the IFS approach we will learn how some of your most unwanted behaviors have actually been trying to help you be heard. Once heard, those behaviors can relax & allow complete healing.

I am also a certified EMDR therapist, which is a very effective treatment for trauma. Instead of continuing to wait for others to change, IFS and EMDR therapies, can lead you to the healing you have been looking for regardless if those around you ever change. I look forward to hearing from you!
