I am trained in EMDR, a very effective, evidence based treatment for trauma. I have extensive experience in the area of domestic violence, including counseling victims and their families. In addition, I have a great deal of experience assisting clients in the areas listed below.
I am also a Certified Integral Coach. I help clients to access their energy and personal strength to take on change. The combined therapy and coaching approach enables me to work with you from a broader perspective and bring a more integrated, holistic approach to our work together.
