Hypnotherapy is a state of relaxation whereby unwanted thoughts, behaviors and physical pains can be reprocessed and replaced with desirable thoughts and behaviors. I like to utilize a person’s strengths to incorporate them into an individually tailored hypnosis script that can be used to create longer lasting change.
EMDR can help with intrusive thoughts that come up in your present life, that bring unwanted symptoms and emotions. These emotions can be neutralized by using a body based technique called bilateral stimulation. The intrusive thoughts are reprocessed and neutralized creating a new adaptive resolution. My goal to help each person create a joyful life.
