With compassion and empathy, I'm dedicated to helping clients navigate these difficult times. My role is to guide you, by providing a framework and the necessary tools to achieve your goals. I will be working with you while exploring life from a variety of lenses, and incorporating different perspectives while striving to bring peace and comfort to your life.
I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, end-of-life, and grief and loss. I have a passion for working with the elderly and promoting self-determination and compassion at the end of life. I utilize various treatment approaches including psychodynamic, person-centered, and CBT/DBT. I am familiar with techniques in mindfulness.
I am conservative in regards to referring for medication. I can provide referrals for medication management when indicated. I feel it is important to meet you where you're at in what is troubling you and help you find solutions to relieve the stress and symptoms.
