I strive to provide an open, supportive and nonjudgmental environment in which my clients feel comfortable expressing, talking, growing and making changes to their daily lives. I assist my clients in obtaining a greater understanding of their feelings, behaviors and thoughts to a fulfilling life. My clients are usually experiencing life changes such as everyday stressors, depression, anxiety, deaths, life transitions, marriage, divorce, parent/child relationships. I work with my clients to identify their strengths, areas of changes and growth and assist their journey to a fulfilling life. .
My therapeutic approach is personalized for my clients personalities and their needs. I provide encouragement, support and feedbacks to assist my clients with their lives changes to a fulfilling life journey.
