My holistic approach utilizes traditional talk therapy, meditation, breath work, psychedelic assisted psychotherapy and mindfulness to pay attention to the body and its cues, working through trauma and teaching you tools you can take home with you to practice.
I too have gone through my own journey which has guided and fueled my career. My journey has led me to this space right here, to help guide you in your journey.
