Life at times can be challenging, be that from depression, anxiety, difficult relationships, abuse, aging, work, chronic health problems, co-dependency, low self-esteem, grief, to our own destructive behaviors we can't seem to change. I have experience working with all of these, but helping those going through major life transitions, stress, feeling overwhelmed, and co-parenting after divorce or separation are some of my specialties. I like working with clients who are seeking change and ready to embrace the process of self-exploration and healthy alignment to reduce inner conflict and learn new ways of being in this world.
I use an integrative and holistic approach to therapy bringing together different elements of specific therapeutic modalities to best suit your individual needs. Together, we will work to identify and achieve your goals, gain insight about your perceptions and choices, learn new life skills all the while emphasizing your personal worth and creative nature.

I provide a non-judgmental, supportive and confidential space to help you explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviors, and find a meaningful way forward.
