As an independent licensed social worker, I use EMDR, DBT, and CBT to help adults (18-99) navigate ADHD, trauma, and mood disorders. Whether you're facing OCD, chronic illness, or dual diagnosis, my approach is trauma-focused and LGBTQ+ affirming. From Gottman-informed relationship work to ASAM-certified care, I provide tools to help you heal and grow.
