We will also work to find what you are doing that is going well, and do more of these things.
I have focused on working with individuals and families since 2005. When working with an individual, I use an approach rooted in CBT, Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing to help find true control. With families, I use an approach rooted in Structural Family Therapy to reach family goals through healthy boundaries, openm communication, and balance.
I understand the drive to improve, as well as potential struggle, present in the lives of adults, adolescents, and whole families during a time of growth.
