I’m only taking clients who need evaluations - not therapy at this time, but I firmly believe that everyone could use some therapeutic intervention at some point in their life & these skills should be applied in every area of our lives. For that reason, I often ask that my clients practice our skills in between sessions. It is difficult to use therapeutic skills when we need them if we do not practice them when we are calm & levelheaded. I give transparency and honesty to my clients, and I expect it in return.
I specialize in testing & assessment. I have experience in evaluating and treating a variety of disorders (ASD, ADHD, PANS/PANDAS, FASD, etc.). I am certified in PCIT & work primarily from a Cognitive-Behavioral paradigm but also implement aspects of Social Thinking, Interpersonal, and Relational Cultural Theory into my practice.
I believe the only have to have a productive therapeutic relationship is through authenticity. I am passionate about providing thorough and effective assistance to those who need mental health services. I look forward to serving you and meeting your assessment and therapeutic needs.
