Is your life inconsistent or doesn’t always follow a schedule? It can be overwhelming to seek help you want and deserve, but also have to maintain a schedule for the therapist. If you are seeking someone who is dedicated to your well-being, but flexible with scheduling, then you have found me for a reason. I utilize a variety of developed techniques involving neuro-clinical awareness to intensify and internalize the healing process. While I am trauma focused, I strive to support anyone seeking help with changes in their life. Please note how often you want to meet in your contact with me and your flexibility with scheduling.
My clinical experience ranges from working with at-risk youth involved with juvenile justice system, to those experiencing academic challenges due to intellectual and social impairments. I began home-based services in 2011, which gave me a unique insight to how family dynamics can change based on the setting they are in, and how to repair failed techniques.
I focus my interactions with any child, teen, adult and/or family, by using patience, validation, and normalizing what you may feel is the end of your sanity. I provide a flexible schedule, patience, and a comfortable environment, allowing you to progress at your own pace, with goal of enhancing your already known or unknown strengths.
