I love working with individuals, couples and families through a strengths-based approach. I believe that relationships can be both the greatest source of pain in our lives and the greatest source of healing, joy and meaning. This is why, as a therapist, I create healthy/healing connections with clients and walk with them through the intricate web of life's greatest joys and pain, fostering healthier connections and enhancing emotional bonds within families and relationships. With specialties in couples therapy, anxiety, teen issues and relational dynamics, I am dedicated to providing a supportive space where healing can unfold.
I utilize frameworks from attachment theory, family systems and am trained in Gottman Method for my work with couples. I understand the complex interplay between past experiences and present relationships, and I work with clients to explore these dynamics, nurturing greater self-awareness and promoting positive change.
