Groups
Cognitive Reprocessing Art Group
Online May 20th-June 17th. This course will get you into a creative flow and offers psychoeducation about creativity and mental health. Participants will create art at home and utilize it explore personal struggles and discover new perspectives. If you are ready to look at the parts of yourself where you might stuck and are able to share about your experiences with others, this course might be right for you. OHP insurance accepted.
