About

As a therapist, I work with you to help you identify your goals, empower, and challenge you to make those positive changes in your life. I understand that making the decision to seek help can be difficult, so I use an approach that is compassionate, direct, and non-judgmental to help create an environment where you feel supported in your counseling journey.
I help my clients, who include adults, couples, and families, to find healthy perceptions of themselves and strengthen their relationships. My educational background includes a BS in Human Services; specialization in Child and Family Welfare and MS in Criminal Justice. I’m currently working on a MA in Marriage and Family Therapy.
Remember that you don’t have to take this walk on your own. “Just because no one else can heal or do your inner work for you doesn’t mean you can, should, or need to do it alone.” -Lisa Olivera
