I’m a Clinical Social Worker committed to helping youth, families and individuals learn how to build and maintain healthier relationships within their social networks and within themselves. When working with clients, I work on resetting damaging mental frames and creating positive coping strategies to deal with life's many challenges.
As a Licensed School Social Worker, and over 10 years working to support youth mental health in schools and in therapeutic settings; as well as having a background as a Diversity and Equity administrator; I bring an ability to work with a wide range of children and adults from many cultural backgrounds.
