About
You may be feeling overwhelmed trying to find the right therapist, but it's an important step in healing. When it comes to therapeutic change, I believe the greatest contributing factor is the relationship between therapist and client. My practice is honest, genuine while being direct. I try to create a comfortable and caring atmosphere. I work with individuals, couples, and families to create new perspectives and insights to reach desired results. My specialties are relationship issues including infertility, postpartum issues, prenatal concerns, parenting, divorce, grief, loss, and trauma.
I use an integrative approach to offer you more effective tools that can make your life and relationships much more functional and satisfying. Navigating the communication pitfalls of relationships and rebuilding strong foundations built on emotional intimacy, vulnerability, and solid communication skills and appreciation are primary to my approach.
The practice currently has limited availability. Please contact the office for availability and rates. My appointment hours are Monday through Friday 7am - 4pm. I proudly accept a limited amount of insurances for my individual clients. Couple and family sessions (60 to 90 min) are out of pocket.
