Some of the models I used are the Trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Seeking Safety, Wellness Recovery Action Plan, Systems Training for Emotional Predictability & Problem Solving (STEPPS) & STAIRWAYS aftercare group.
