I have 30 years of experience helping clients heal from and cope with anxiety (including social anxiety), depression,Bipolar Disorder, low self esteem, trauma,PTSD,Complex PTSD, dissociation, grief, relationship challenges, life transitions, self destructive tendencies as well as understanding how the dynamics in your family of origin continue to impact you.
I am influenced by trauma recovery theory, relational psychodynamic/psychoanalytic perspectives, mindfulness and Internal Family Systems. I teach mindfulness skills to help you develop your own mindfulness practice and help with anxiety reduction and coping with stress.
