Announcement icon My practice operates virtually and is open to people in 26 states and D.C.
**Update: I am licensed to practice in 26 States + D.C. Hello and congratulations on your decision to begin therapy! The client/therapist "fit" is one of the most important pieces of the puzzle; let's discuss what you're looking for and see if we fit. If we figure out that we might not be a fit and/or you are in need of something outside of my wheelhouse, I'll do my best to guide you to someone who can.
I'm an "outcome-focused" therapist meaning that I effectively facilitate helping you (and potentially your loved ones) reach the outcomes you're seeking. I work as well with individuals as I do with couples, siblings, parents, children, friends and small businessess. My style is active, engaged, directive when needed, and non-judgmental.
I believe myself to be a gifted, intuitive, well-studied, licensed Clinical Psychologist and Marriage and Family Therapist. I opened my private practice in 2015. For 7 years I taught as adjunct faculty at La Salle University in the Counseling and Family Therapy Master's Program.

Professional Connections

I have known Dr. DiNardo since 2011, as we were classmates in the Clinical Psychology doctoral program at Chestnut Hill College. I have consistently been impressed with her over the years, and highly recommend her for both individual and family therapy. Dr. DiNardo is naturally curious and inquisitive. She works hard to understand each unique client and family. She takes an integrative approach to psychotherapy and tailors her techniques to fit each individualized situation a client/family may present. She is open-minded and authentic, and provides a safe, nonjudgmental therapeutic space. Dr. DiNardo’s extensive teaching experience at the Master’s level lends itself nicely to her work as a psychotherapist. Not only is she exceptionally bright and intuitive, but she is able to explain things in ways that are easy to understand. She is able to help families make sense of confusing/frustrating patterns in which they may be stuck, and easily explain a plan of action for moving forward.
