My work with older adolescents, adults, and couples combines depth psychotherapy with a hefty mix of warmth, humor, and non-judgmental support. Areas of focus include eating disorders, body image concerns, trauma, depression, anxiety, family and relationship challenges, and difficulty with life transitions. I am trained in EMDR.
