Our work together will help you discover how the past (any adverse experience, big or small) shows up in the present; and through an integrated approach, you will move from feeling stuck to feeling empowered. I am passionate about working with women and non-binary folks.
With curiosity, empathy and non-judgment, I provide a safe space for you to grow, heal, and recreate the way you see yourself.
