My clients are often overthinkers, cycle-breakers, and deeply feeling people who are tired of carrying things alone. Some feel stuck in old patterns, relationship struggles, anxiety, self-doubt, or conflict that never seems to resolve. I work with individuals and couples who are ready for something to shift, even if they are not yet sure what that looks like. Rather than asking “What’s wrong with you?” I’m interested in understanding what you’ve been through, how it shaped you, and how we can build on your strengths to create lasting change. My goal is to help you relate to yourself with greater compassion, clarity, and trust.
I am a trauma-certified, attachment-oriented therapist who works relationally with individuals and couples. Therapy with me is a collaborative process where we explore patterns, improve communication, and understand how past experiences shape current relationships. I also draw from my Gottman Method Couples Therapy training in my work with couples.
