BEGINNING SOON! This is a 12 week psychotherapy group that focuses on improving the quality of your life immediately. Each week we will focus on aspects of stress in daily living - relationships, sleep, nourishment, expectations, conflict - while learning and processing effective and empowering coping techniques.
