Do you need couples therapy, sex therapy, or individual support? For couples, I am a sex and relationship therapist. We work together to understand and shift what gets in the way of your goals. I support couples with infidelity, ENM, kink, high conflict, communication issues, and more. If you and your partner(s) are feeling stuck, I am here to support you with sliding scale down to $85 or using a variety of insurances. I have done training in Emotional Focused Therapy for Couples, PACT, and sex therapy (ATSIP Level 1). I am also trained in ISTDP for Couples, AEDP for Couples, and EFT.
Individual therapy: I work with a variety of issues- trauma, attachment issues, sexual challenges, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, life transitions, LGBTQ+, and more. With individuals, I draw primarily on AEDP and ISTDP- two compassionate, deep, trauma informed, attachment based, and relational psychodynamic approaches designed to create lasting change.
My multi-modal approach allows for a flexible and personalized style to fit your unique needs and situation. I believe in supporting your clarity, growth, and understanding. What you want and need is at the forefront of every session, and we work together collaboratively to deeply shift who are you are towards your healthiest self.
