My work with children, adolescents, and adults is centered on providing compassionate, individualized treatment that honors each person's unique life experiences. I am passionate about building authentic, meaningful relationships, as I believe that trust and connection are essential to fostering positive change and helping clients achieve their personal goals.

Challenges regarding anxiety, depression, family conflict, behavioral issues are some of of my specialization areas for children and adolescents. In individual therapy, your child can establish more fully developed coping skills and an increased sense of self. Parent collateral sessions are a central focus for enhancing opportunities of change.
