I have over a decade of clinical experience supporting LGBTQ folks and those who love them. I work to create a safe space for clients using a strength-based, trauma-informed lens. I also have experience working with clients coping with anxiety and depression along with other identity shifts that come with life transitions.

I am acutely aware of how my privileged identities impact my clients. I primarily use cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic and family systems therapy in my practice, though I often tailor interventions to meet client needs.

Having provided crisis intervention and restorative support to young people and adults facing community violence and generational trauma, I offer a uniquely inclusive space for folks seeking better days ahead.
