I use an eclectic approach involving trauma informed care, solution-focused, person centered, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing. I am also trained in EMDR receive consultation to hone my skills and become EMDR certified.
I work with adults who are suffering from the effects of trauma, depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation and abandonment issues. My passion for counseling grows every time I help individuals re-discover the relationship with themselves
