Hi! I’m Demi, a trauma and attachment specialist passionate about supporting children, teens, adults, and families in their journey of healing from the impacts of trauma, neglect, and attachment injuries. What has happened in our lives has an undeniable impact on how we experience this world, our relationships, and ourselves. This impact can leave you feeling confused, overwhelmed, scared, frustrated and helpless. If you feel like you are struggling to get through the days and are stuck in survival mode, I am here to tell you that there is hope and that you do not have to walk this journey alone.

As a Registered Play Therapist, I harness the transformative power of play to cultivate a therapeutic environment centered on safety and healing. My approach to therapy is, integrative, experiential, informed by The Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics, and grounded in relational neuroscience, neurobiology, development, and sensory integration.

Healing from trauma requires a multifaceted approach that my extensive experience, education, and training has equipped me to provide for you.
