Hi, I’m Demetrious Walker, a therapist for teens and women in GA and AL (Virtual Only). I support clients who feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or stuck in patterns that no longer feel good. Many of the people I work with are navigating anxiety, grief, self-doubt, identity changes, relationship stress, or major life transitions. They often feel pressure to be strong, keep going, or have it all together—while quietly struggling on the inside. Therapy with me is a space where you don’t have to perform, explain everything perfectly, or carry things alone.
I use ACT and CBT to help clients understand their thoughts, manage emotions, and build coping skills that feel realistic and supportive. My work is also grounded in grief support and self-love, helping clients process loss, rebuild confidence, and reconnect with themselves.
