I am a Louisville native and a University of Louisville Alumni. My bachelors degree in Political Science from the University of Louisville in 2017. Then, I received my masters degree in 2020 from Lindsey Wilson College in Human Development, specializing in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am currently a PhD-ABD doctoral student at Capella University in Counselor Education and Supervision.
The wellness model includes working with the mind, body, and spirit. I incorporate each of these in my theoretical intervention. I am trained in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy and trauma-informed care.
I enjoy helping my clients identify the barriers in their journey to becoming their ideal selves. Then, assisting them with overcoming those barriers in most areas of their lives. Counseling can be rewarding, and I am excited to be a part of my client's journey.
