We specialize in providing culturally humble, trauma-wise and creative indigenous healing infused therapeutic services to marginalized communities. We are eclectic therapists who are trained in the use of therapeutic modalities such as EMDR, IFS, ACT and can incorporate relevant cultural and artistic healing practices into treatment.
This practice is owned and operated by a Black, queer, AuDHD (Autistic/ADHD) therapist. You can expect to find freedom from the ideas of who you should be, peace about who you are here. You will find a space where you can take the masks off and lean into your most authentic self.

BIPOC Neurodivergent Tribe
Virtual group for Black, Indigenous, People of Color adults who identify as neurodivergent (or suspect they are) to gain & give support to each other. This is not a therapy group, it is a group to create community with others. Open to residents in all states. Group cost is donation. Come as you are to discover some of your Tribe, unmask, develop your authentic self, problem-solve life stuff with people who get it because they live it too, make friends, reduce loneliness and feeling like you're the weird one missing out.
