I became a therapist because I have a passion for serving people who are experiencing challenges in their lives. I believe it's my calling. People often tell me they find it easy to talk to me and can share things they don't feel comfortable telling others. I've always been passionate about helping people overcome challenges and have witnessed the resilience of those struggling with OCD. I want to support them in reclaiming control of their lives. At NOCD, my team and I specialize in providing evidence-based treatment for people with OCD. Our deep understanding of the nuances of OCD enables us to properly diagnose and treat it.
We have received intensive training in ERP, the gold standard treatment for OCD. When you start with NOCD Therapy, you’ll either work with me or be paired with one of my colleagues based on your preference and availability. We’ll work to get to know you and create a personalized treatment plan to help you achieve your goals.
Plus, we offer support between sessions through direct messaging and a community of peers with OCD, ensuring you never feel alone. I listen nonjudgmentally and work collaboratively with my members to address their needs. I look forward to working with you and helping you conquer your OCD.
