I offer empowering and compassionate therapy for adults seeking help with depression, stress, anxiety, emotional abuse and narcissistic abuse, relationship issues, divorce, affairs, break-ups, self-esteem and emotional regulation. I also do Trauma Focused CBT for people who have experienced traumatic events. I’m trained in Gottman Therapy (L3) for couples.
