Over the years, I have provided clinical services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, active duty soldiers, and veterans with the following challenges: alcohol/drugs, focusing, impulsiveness, difficulties managing anger or anxiety, trust violations, depression, PTSD, domestic violence, sex, pornography, low self-esteem, weight gain/loss, and relationship challenges.
CBT and EMDR are great techniques to help you understand the impact of your negative beliefs and help you reprocess emotions in healthy ways without holding on to fears that get in your way of making positive growth. By using the wisdom, insight, skills, and education I have acquired, I will help to improve the quality of life you live.
