I help teens and adults learn how to observe their unhelpful patterns, and get to the root cause of what blocks them from fulfillment. With compassion, mutual trust, and a little humor, let's transform your life, and finally break out of the unhelpful patterns that have held you back.
I can help you expand your self-awareness, heal from emotional wounding, and support you to navigate your life in a way that aligns with your authentic values. I offer psychotherapy with a mindfulness/cognitive approach while teaching you to tap into the wisdom of your emotions' helpful messages. ACT, CBT, and DBT are modalities I often utilize in session.
