Most of us, including mental health professionals, simply want to experience peace and contentment in life. However, the journey often presents us with obstacles and detours; with perseverance, we can find the way. This path involves various practices that help us navigate life's ups and downs with greater resilience and serenity. In my professional practice, my greatest experiences involve helping individuals with interpersonal self-worth and relationships, life transitions, and addiction/recovery issues.
I enjoy assisting MH professionals in therapy or supervision, as well as working with others. I place an emphasis on the foundational pillars of sleep, exercise, nutrition and spirituality. Being trained in DBT by M. Linehan and finding the skills life changing, I focus on mindfulness, emotion regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, and distress tolerance.
To support the journey, I offer convenient exclusively Telehealth therapy and supervision, from the comfort of my home to yours. I am private pay only, with a pay what you can afford signed agreement. I can provide super-bills, if needed for commercial insurances. I do not want $ to be the reason for not seeking care.
