I am here to help you and your loved ones to navigate these life obstacles and challenges to promote a better quality of life. When working with me, I will provide a safe, non-judgmental space for you in order to reflect, process, and heal through the challenges together. I am here to provide insight, challenge, and guide you through your goals to the life you deserve.
I work with children from age 4 and up, adolescents/teens, and adults on a variety of issues with depression, anxiety, stress, anger management, career counseling, and relationships. My preferred method of treatment is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Person-Centered.
My aim is to bring insight and awareness to my clients of their strengths, unique- authentic qualities, and capabilities to pursue and improve life. The hardest part is searching and doing research for help- and you've done great thus far. Together, we will work as a team to get you closer to a more free, happier lifestyle.
