Hi, I am Delia Castaneda I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. My approach is client-centered. I believe in working with my clients collaboratively and providing a non-judgmental comfortable therapeutic environment. Where the focus area is Cognitive behavioral therapy to address negative thoughts patterns and behavior.
Some of the therapeutic approaches I use are Cognitive behavioral therapy to help clients change negative thoughts to healthier ones, Psychodynamic therapy to help client bring unconscious into the conscious mind. Dialectical behavior therapy to help client practice mindfulness to help manage emotions, promote positive changes in behavior, and relationships.
In my journey, I have worked with people who struggle and have trouble adjusting to diverse situations. My clinical experience has been in helping clients who deal with anxiety, depression, trauma, and crisis intervention. I am passionate about helping others.
