Parenthood can open old wounds, making it difficult to show up the way we want to for our loved ones and ourselves. I support individuals and couples in working through personal, parenting, and relationship struggles. Additionally, I have extensive experience supporting mental health professionals committed to doing their own work.
I’m especially passionate about working with parents striving to parent differently than they were parented. I teach clients to treat themselves with care, and guide them in cultivating lives that feel good from the inside. I help clients move toward more fulfilling and authentic relationships, always regarding them as individuals, not diagnoses.
I take a holistic approach to treatment that incorporates mindfulness and lifestyle changes from a HAES perspective, incorporating EMDR when appropriate. I’m sex-positive and attachment-focused in my work with couples, and have extensive experience and comfort working with LGBTQ+ individuals. I offer in-office, video, phone, and walk-and-talk sessions.
