With an emotion-focused approach, I empower my clients to practice emotional regulation, mindfulness, & coping skills while increasing self-compassion and radical acceptance. I specialize providing treatment to adults, children, and adolescents ages 11+, with experience in various clinical settings including private practice, group therapy, IOP, and PHP.
