I combine the work of Internal Family Systems, attachment, narrative, and psychodynamic therapies. I find that we learn a lot about ourselves when we look at past relationship patterns. Seeking to understand those patterns and how they align with your values is where the work begins.
The therapy room is no mystery to me, as I myself I understand the gravity of the decision to walk through past experiences with a new person. My goal as a therapist is to offer a slow step into collaborative care to meet each of my client’s individual goals, focusing on warmth, kindness, and creating a safe, trusting therapeutic relationship.
