I am an LICSW Associate building my clinical experience after many years in other areas of practice. Throughout my early career, I gained extensive experience working with diverse clientele through the WA State Dept. of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF). Throughout my journey, my passion has remained focused on empowering children, teens, and adults to thrive in any environment or situation. I also strive to include families and/or clients' wider support networks throughout the process to ensure continuing progress both during and after the therapeutic journey.
My therapeutic services through Resilience Therapy integrate tenets of CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy, and elements of art/play therapy, tailoring treatment plans to the unique needs of each client. I am open to incorporating Christianity into treatment upon request, however, it is not a requirement for my services.
Committed to ongoing professional growth and development, I remain eager to learn and continue expanding my therapeutic skills at Resilience Therapy. My goal is to foster healing and growth for my clients that results in lasting, positive impacts on their lives.
