Our past negative experiences can often dictate our future if not addressed. Often times, therapy helps improve our relationships with those people with care and love. It helps to have a safe place to process your feelings, work on relationships, and better understand patterns of behavior when feeling overwhelmed or stuck. My goal in psychotherapy is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.

I provide a compassionate, safe and supportive environment so that individuals can access their strengths to achieve their goals. Together through exploring your thoughts, feelings, and experiences we can work through obstacles and develop new coping skills that allow you to move forward in a healthy, happy manner.

In our first meeting, I conduct a thorough assessment. I will identify the issues and or problems to determine an action plan as well as the goals of therapy.
