I love what I do as a therapist; However, I truly hope that I help you to the point where you don't need me anymore. Single parenting can be challenging and outright stressful at times. You don’t have a partner to take over when your child is being difficult and at times it can feel outright lonely. In this support group participants will learn improved parenting skills, how to better communicate with their child, discuss dating considerations when your have children, all while gaining boosted confidence to parent assertively and compassionately.
